By downloading or using SignalAnalytic, these terms apply. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app. Intellectual property remains with Merla Tech Limited. We may change the product at any time.

SignalAnalytic stores and processes personal data you provide so we can deliver the service. Keep your device secure. Do not jailbreak or root a phone used for the app. Third-party services such as Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics have their own terms.

Some features need an internet connection. Merla Tech Limited is not responsible if the product cannot run because of network, battery, or device issues, or because of third-party data errors.

Apple applications may be downloaded from the App Store operated by Apple Inc. Content in our products is for information only. You confirm you are solely responsible for your finances.

These terms, related non-contractual obligations, and disputes are subject to US law. Federal courts in the State of New York have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting them on this page. They are effective as of April 08, 2024, and were restated for the SignalAnalytic website on September 11, 2026.
