Merla Tech Limited built SignalAnalytic as a commercial app and website. This page explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information if you use the service. If you use SignalAnalytic, you agree to this policy. We will not use or share your information except as described here.

Information collection and use

We may collect information that identifies you, including a name, email address associated with Google or Apple sign-in, and technical data about your device. Merla Tech Limited may use technical data that does not personally identify you to improve products and support.

For a better experience we may collect identifiers such as IDFV. The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. We may also use Google Cloud and AWS to store and analyze data. Those providers act under their own policies.

Log data

Like many operators, we collect log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and device identifiers to operate and improve the service.

Cookies

The website stores an HttpOnly session cookie after you scan to log in so we can recognize the same SignalAnalytic account. The app may also use third-party libraries that set cookies. You can refuse cookies in your browser; some features will not work without the session cookie.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is posted on this page. This policy is effective as of April 08, 2024, and was restated for the SignalAnalytic website on September 11, 2026.
